Ingredients:

• 1 jar of Provencal tomato sauce,
• 6 wrapping-up of oil Assembling,
• 2 fresh goat cheeses, like "Petit Billy"
• 2 cucumbers,
• salt / pepper,
• 1 pinch of Espelette pepper,
• 10 ml Leonardi balsamic cream.

Decoration: 6 fresh dill branches.

Preparation: peel and dice the two cucumbers, sprinkle with salt (to make water), keep cool. In each jar, put a Provencal tomato sauce base and put a fresh layer of goat cheese crumbled on top, salt and pepper, add a pinch of Espelette pepper. The last step is to put your diced cucumber in your glasses, then add a light balsamic drizzle of cream. Then each guest, will add its olive oil variety assembly via our small carton. Finish by adding the little fresh dill branch as a "green".
