What a special day at the Golf des Baux de Provence! 170 players and 30 people accompanying have participated to a special competition on 9 holes combining at each hole the tasting of a specialty realized by famous chef and a glass of wine.
On May 16th, the Moulin du Calanquet participated to this competition in collboration with the Restaurant Marc de Passorio. Whereas Marc de Passorio prepared lambs kebabs, gazpachos, strawberry lollipop with mint, Gilles Brun was offering some of our fruit cocktails.
