In an extraordinary setting place, Anne and Gilles Brun (brother and sister) have brought back the culture of the olive trees in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence which disappeared in 1956 because of a terrible freeze. The Moulin du Calanquet produces different types of olive oil from the traditional varieties of olives. In the boutique, you can also find cosmetics done with olive oil, homemade jams and other products related to the olive tree.

Let's come to the Mill to discover the olive oil. The owners will welcome you warmly and with conviviality and will share their passion : the olive oil. You will be able to watch a film showing the different steps to do the olive oil, then you will be given the opportunity to do a tasting of the olive oil but also the other products.
