A special partnership between Dominique Gauthier and the Moulin du Calanquet for the jams

Our jams are the fruit of a special partnership between Dominique Gauthier, awarded best chef of Switzerland for 2009, and the Moulin du Calanquet. Dominique Gauthier realised the recipies and they are prepared at the mill.

Our range of jams is available in beautiful jars of 120g and 350g. The following flavors are available :

-Olive Ginger

-Strawberry Black Olive

-Strawberry Mint

-Apricot Vanilla

-Plum from Lorraine

-Chestnut Whisky

-Pineapple Mango Rhum

-Cherry Balsamic Vinaigar

-Orange chocolate

-Fig gingerbread

-Green tomato Basil

-Lemon Olive Ginger

-Watermelon Anise

 

Dominique Gauthier works in the kitchen of the Beau-Rivage in Geneva. He was awarded "best chef of 2009" by the GaultMillau Switzerland. He started his career as a washing up. After a training in a reknowed restaurant he worked with Georges Blanc in Vonnas, Ferdinand Point in Vienne and Jo Rostand in Antibes. From 1996, he has been working in the Beau-Rivage first of all as the second of Richard Cressac and then as a Chef in 2001.
