The Moulin du Calanquet has just obtained a new award at the International Fair of the Food Industry in Paris with the last innovation created by Anne and Gilles Brun, a range of fruit cocktails mix of fruits, aromatical plants and a little bit of olive oil. The Mill received the 7th worldwide prize Tendancies and Innovations and as a consequence becomes Grand Prix de l'Innovation.

-Pear Chocolate Mint
-Pear Vanilla Cinnamon
You can use them for your breakfasts, aperitifs, afternoon tea as well as desserts.
This innovation was created by Anne and Gilles Brun. It is the fruit of collaborations with different chefs. Anne and Gilles often say that they give an idea to a chef and she or he brings her or his final touch to crete an exceptional product.
