Aubergine caviar

Product description:
The aubergine caviar is prepared using the flesh of the aubergine. The skin is removed in advance, hence the product's light colour. Containing different herbs and spices, the aubergine caviar is very sweet with subtle flavours.

The aubergines used in this product are carefully selected from a local grower in Saint-Rémy de Provence, ensuring the vegetable is of exceptional quality.

Ingredients: Aubergine, the mill’s own olive oil, Espelette chilli, herbs and spices, salt, pepper
 
Product packaging:
The aubergine caviar is packaged in 90g pots and is pasteurised, enabling it to have a shelf life of 3 years.

Recommendations for use:
Aubergine caviar can be used on small toasts for canapés or as part of various other culinary dishes.
After opening, keep in the fridge.
