Product description: Don't spread tapenade anymore - crunch it. This is a totally original, 100% natural idea. Our tapenade petals are made only with our black tapenade which contains black olives (Grossane variety) and Pistou. It contains no added colourings, preservatives or texturizing agents. Presented as very thin, dry biscuits, they release all the flavours of fresh tapenade. Ingredients: Black olives, capers, garlic, basil, olive oil, flour, egg white. Product packaging: The tapenade petals are available in 35g packets, containing 40 to 50 petals per box. Kept vacuum-packed they have a shelf life of 1 year. Recommendations for use: Black tapenade petals have many uses and work well as canapés to accompany any type of drink. Use them to decorate and accompany your dishes, for example in tomato and mozzarella salads, stuck into a soft cheese or aubergine caviar… Once opened, we recommend keeping the product in a dry place.
