The roasted red pepper sauce is prepared with a touch of Espelette chilli and Herbes de Provence.
The peppers are selected by us from a local grower in order to ensure optimal maturity of the product.
Ingredients: Peppers, chilli, olive oil, garlic, herbs and spices, salt, pepper.
The roasted pepper sauce is packaged in 90g pots and is pasteurised, enabling it to have a shelf life of 3 years.
Recommendations for use:
Roasted pepper sauce can be used in different ways. On small toasts it accompanies pre-meal drinks very well or it can be used as a replacement for mustard with grilled meats.
After opening, keep in the fridge.
