Tomato Supreme sauce

Product description:
The recipe for tomato supreme has been created in collaboration with the chef from the Park Hayat Paris Vendome Hotel.

It is prepared using a variety of tomatoes from a local producer which are all specific to our region. The tomatoes are ripened in the sunshine and collected when they are at perfect maturity for the season. This ensures they have a vivid colouring and an exceptional taste. The incorporation of garlic, Herbes de Provence and olive oil combine to provide a real flavour of Provence.

Ingredients: Tomato, onion, garlic, Herbes de Provence, salt, pepper, bay leaf.

Product packaging:
The tomato supreme is packaged in 220g pots and is pasteurised, enabling it to have a shelf life of 3 years.

Recommendations for use:
Tomato supreme can be used in two ways:
- as canapés: on small toasts, in verrines with tuna, with cream of artichoke sauce, with mozzarella.
- or as an accompaniment: as a tomato sauce for pasta, with meats, as a base for pizzas or in omelettes.
 
After opening, keep in the fridge.
