Product description: Our black tapenade is developed without anchovies but Pistou (garlic, basil, oil blend) instead. We use the Grossane olive variety which allows us to create as a base an extremely fresh tasting and aromatic olive puree. Ingredients: Black olives, capers, garlic, basil, olive oils, Herbes de Provence. Product packaging: The black tapenade is packaged in 90g and 275g pots and are pasteurised, enabling them to have a shelf-life of 3 years.
Recommendations for use: Black tapenade can be used in different ways. On small toasts, it accompanies pre-meal drinks very well. It can also be incorporated into vinaigrettes, sauces and omelettes. After opening, keep in the fridge. Tips: - Spread black tapenade on a slice of good quality bread and add fresh goat's cheese. Put it in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese melts. Accompany with a green salad or some tomatoes. - Buy a pork fillet and coat it with black tapenade. Roll it in puff pastry and cook for 30 minutes in the oven.
