Green tapenade with Pistou but no anchovies

Product description:
Our green tapenade is developed without anchovies but Pistou (garlic, basil, oil blend) instead.

We use the Aglandau olive variety which allows us to create as a base an extremely fresh tasting and aromatic olive puree.
 
Ingredients: Green olives, capers, garlic, basil, olive oils, Herbes de Provence.

Packaging:
The green tapenade is packaged in 90g and 275g pots and are pasteurised, enabling them to have a shelf-life of 3 years.

Recommendations for use:
Green tapenade can be used in different ways. On small toasts, it accompanies pre-meal drinks very well.  It can also be incorporated into vinaigrettes, sauces and omelettes.

After opening, keep in the fridge.
