Our preserves have been developed in collaboration with Dominique Gauthier, chef at the Hotel Beau Rivage in Geneva and voted Swiss chef of the year for 2008. The different combinations are all very subtle and go very well together.

Packaging: Our product range is available in sterilised containers of 1.85kg, 350g, 120g and 40g. - The 1.85kg containers are usually used for refilling containers or for cooking. - The 350g and 120g containers in the shape of stackable ink pots can be used on buffet tables or as VIP gifts. - The 40g containers are often used for breakfasts. Recommendations for use: All of our preserves are intended to be served for breakfast and can be used with various other dishes, for example: - The Fig and spiced bread preserve goes very well with foie gras paté, - The Green tomato and basil, used in a vinaigrette, is ideal with green salads, - The Cherry and balsamic vinegar preserve can be served with game or cheese.
