Green olive paste

The Aglandau olive is used for the green olive paste, giving it an extraordinary flavour due to the quality of the olive and the Moulin du Calanquet oil used. This paste can be used to make your own tapenade or it can be incorporated into your dishes as it is.
 
Packaging:
The Green olive paste comes in 1.6kg sterilised containers, enabling them to be kept for 3 years.

This olive paste truly lets the unique flavour of the olive come through. It can be used as it is or flavoured as you wish.
