Our range of fruit petals were presented at SIAL 2008 (International Food Trade Exhibition) and received the Trend and Innovation label for their design and quality. The concept is simply crunchy fruit for canapés or desserts, in the form of crackers without any texturizing agent, added colourings and preservatives. Our range of fruit petals : - Strawberry - Pear - Apple - Orange - Apricot - Red fruits Packaging: The fruit petals come in 200g trays which corresponds to around 300 units. They are also available in trays of 35g which equates to between 40 and 50 petals. They are preserved under vacuum by injecting inert gas, which enables them to be kept for up to a year. After opening, keep in a dry place, or put them back into a vacuum environment. Recommendations for use: The fruit petals can be eaten as canapés, with desserts or as decoration for fruit salads or other dishes.
