 Product description : To produce this product we select a variety of tomato from a local producer which is specific to our region. The tomatoes are ripened in the sun and collected at perfect maturity during the season, ensuring a vivid colouring and exceptional flavour. The incorporation of garlic, Herbes de Provence and olive oil combine to give the authentic flavour of Provence. Ingredients: tomato, onion, garlic, Herbes de Provence, salt, pepper, bay leaf. Packaging: The Tomato supreme comes in 1.6kg sterilised containers, enabling them to be kept for 3 years. Recommendations for use: The Tomato supreme can be used in two ways : - as canapés : on toasts, in verrines with tuna, with cream of artichoke sauce, with mozzarella. - or as an accompaniment : as a tomato sauce for pasta, with meats, as a base for pizzas or in omelettes. After opening, keep in the fridge.
