Black tapenade

The Black tapenade is produced using the Grossane olive variety. This olive is distinguished by having lots of flesh and a strong taste.
Our tapenades are characterised by not using anchovies but instead using Pistou.
 
Packaging:
The Black tapenade comes in 1.6kg sterilised containers, enabling them to be kept for 3 years.
 
Recommendations for use:
Because it does not contain anchovies, the black tapenade can accompany meat and fish dishes, be used in vinaigrettes or simply spread on toast.
