Green tapenade

The green tapenade is produced using the Aglandau olive variety which is found in many of our olive groves. It has a firm flesh and a long lasting flavour. Our tapenades are characterised by not using anchovies but instead using Pistou.
 
Packaging:
The Green tapenade comes in 1.6kg sterilised containers, enabling them to be kept for 3 years.
 
Recommendations for use:
Because it does not contain anchovies, the green tapenade can accompany meat and fish dishes, be used in vinaigrettes or simply spread on toast.
