Aglandau olive oil

Variety:
A dual-use French olive: Used for the making of olive oil and for processed table olives. It is a self-compatible, hardy variety, its fruits giving an excellent quality olive oil which keeps very well.
 
The oil:
Aglandau olive oil is very fluid in the mouth and releases a fruitiness which is distinguished by aromas of cooked artichoke or freshly cut herbs. It is also characterised by a medium intensity sharpness.
 
Packaging:
Our oils are available in different formats:
     - 50cl or 75cl glass bottle
     - 25cl metal canister
     - 3 litre or 5 litre plastic container

Uses:
All of the Mill’s olive oils can be used straight from the bottle or whilst cooking. We recommend that you use Aglandau olive oil for salad dressings, for drizzling over fish or even in mashed potato dishes...
