Bouteillan olive oil
Variety: A French olive which is used uniquely for the production of olive oil. This variety comes into production early and has a high, consistent level of productivity. It is mainly cultivated in irrigated areas and is characterised by a very rapid growth rate. It provides a high oil yield and is very hardy against the cold.
The oil: Bouteillan olive oil is smooth and creamy in the mouth. It has buttery aromas initially with herby aromas coming through at the end. It is also characterised by lightly sharp notes.
Packaging: Our oils are available in different formats: - 50cl or 75cl glass bottle - 25cl metal canister - 3 litre or 5 litre plastic container
Uses: All of the Mill’s olive oils can be used straight from the bottle or whilst cooking. We recommend that you use Bouteillan olive oil for salad dressings, for drizzling over fish or even in mashed potato dishes...
