Salonenque olive oil
Variety: A French variety which is also known as “Plant de Salon”, its distribution is primarily concentrated in the Bouches du Rhône region where it grows on 66% of olive producing areas. The Salonenque makes a very good table olive and is also produced as the famous cracked olives from our region or as an oil, for which it gives a medium to high yield.
Oil: Salonenque olive oil is very much distinguished by its creaminess in the mouth along with its fresh almond aromas.
Packaging: Our oils are available in different formats: - 50cl or 75cl glass bottle - 25cl metal canister - 3 litre or 5 litre plastic container
Uses: All of the Mill’s olive oils can be used straight from the bottle or whilst cooking. However, we recommend that you use Salonenque olive oil for salad dressings, tomato sauces for pasta, cakes, or simply to gently brown onions.
