 Our fruit juices have been developed with Didier Thuiller, Culinary Expert. The concept is to blend a fruit with an infused aromatic plant and a little olive oil, which will act as a enhancer for the natural flavours. This is a product with no added colourings or preservatives.
Our range of fruit juices received the 7th World Trend and Innovation Prize at SIAL 2008 (International Food Trade Exhibition) at Villepinte in Paris. They were recognised for their quality, natural ingredients and packaging design.
The red fruits fruit juice consists of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and cherries. It is very creamy and with a distinct aroma of red fruits. This is the only one of our juices that is not accompanied by an aromatic plant.
Packaging:
The fruit juices are packaged in 250ml sterilised bottles, which guarantees them a shelf-life of 3 years.
Recommendations for use:
The Red fruits fruit juice should be well chilled and served as a pre-meal drink, mixed with champagne or a sparkling drink, or served with breakfast. It works very well as a topping for fruit salads or cakes.
