 Our fruit juices have been developed with Didier Thuiller, Culinary Expert. The concept is to blend a fruit with an infused aromatic plant and a little olive oil, which will act as a enhancer for the natural flavours. This is a product with no added colourings or preservatives.
In the orange and lavender fruit juice, the orange loses its acidity. We have selected a variety of orange which is suited to a fruit juice product. When tasting, the lavender comes through at the end without being too much.
Our range of fruit juices received the 7th World Trend and Innovation Prize at SIAL 2008 (International Food Trade Exhibition) at Villepinte in Paris. They were recognised for their quality, natural ingredients and packaging design.
Packaging:
The fruit juices are packaged in 250ml sterilised bottles, which guarantees them a shelf-life of 3 years.
Recommendations for use:
The Orange and lavender fruit juice should be well chilled and served as a pre-meal drink or for breakfast. It works very well when as a topping for chocolate cake or accompanying a fruit salad.
