Variety: The Grossane olive is found primarily in the southern Alpilles region. It is very round, has lots of flesh, a small stone and is very juicy. Ideal for use as an eating olive, its debitterization can only be done using large grain salt. It has a purple or dark brown colouring, making it easier to recognise. Natural preparation: The olive is hand-picked, with the largest, most ripe ones selected. They are then debittered. Ingredients: Black olives, olive oil, water, salt. Packaging: Our olives are available pasteurised in verrines of 150g, which enables them to have a shelf-life of 3 years. After opening, keep in the fridge. Recommendations for use: Natural black olives can be used as they are or eaten with flavourings of your choice for example, chillies, small cheeses, etc.
