Variety: The Aglandau olive is one of the French varieties of olive found in the Alpes de Haute Provence, the Vaucluse and the Bouches-du-Rhône regions. Commonly used as a table olive in our region, it is also known under different names such as “Berruguette”, “Blanquette” or “Verdale de Carpentras”. Preparation with Herbes de Provence: The olive is hand picked, with only the largest ones being selected. They are then debittered using salt and flavoured with Pistou. Provencal Pistou is a mixture of three ingredients: Garlic, basil and olive oil. It is a very tasty, fresh blend of ingredients which is authentic to the Provence region. One of our finest preparations! Ingredients: green olives, garlic, basil, oil, water, salt. Packaging: Our olives are available pasteurised in verrines of 150g, which enables them to have a shelf-life of 3 years. After opening, keep in the fridge. Recommendations for use: Green olives with Pistou go very well with drinks.
