Strawberry and black olive preserve

A splendid blend of strawberry and olive.
 
We use the Mara des Bois variety of strawberry which is known for its flavours and very strong, distinct taste. Fruits are kept whole in our preserves and are mixed with the preserved olives cut into pieces. The blend is quite simply amazing. The strawberry shines through initially with the olive flavour coming through at the end.
 
All our preserves have been developed in collaboration with Dominique Gauthier, chef at the Hotel Beau Rivage in Geneva (voted Swiss chef of the year 2008).
 
Packaging:
The Strawberry and black olive preserve is available in magnificent glass pots in the shape of ink pots which are stackable. They come in sizes of 120g and 350g. The pots are pasteurized, which enables them to have a shelf-life of 3 years.
 
Recommendations for use:
The Strawberry and black olive preserve is excellent with yoghurts, fromage frais, on toasts or with cheese.
