Extraordinary and very original - it will really impress your friends. The olive used for this preserve is the Grossane since it has lots of flesh. Pitted and placed in sugar, the olive remains whole and becomes a preserved fruit. The ginger flavour breaks through the sugar and brings with it a note a freshness. Packaging: The Olive and ginger preserve is available pasteurised in pots of 220g, enabling them to have a shelf-life of 3 years. Recommendations for use: The olive preserve goes perfectly with foie gras paté and cheeses. It is also very good with apple tarts and ice creams.
