Orange preserve with shards of cocoa

A wonderful citrus preserve!
 
The orange is finely worked with its skin and then crushed, this gives it a supple texture without any acidity. The shards of cocoa give a firm, crunchy texture which goes well with the softness of the orange.
 
The orange and the chocolate ingredients are completely separate giving a very nice visual aspect to the product. The blend of the orange and chocolate as you taste the product is very pleasant and they go together very well.

All our preserves have been developed in collaboration with Dominique Gauthier, chef at the Hotel Beau Rivage in Geneva (voted Swiss chef of the year 2008).
 
Packaging:
The Orange preserve with shards of cocoa is available in magnificent glass pots in the shape of ink pots which are stackable. They come in sizes of 120g and 350g. The pots are pasteurized, which enables them to have a shelf-life of 3 years.
 
Recommendations for use:
Use this preserve with a chocolate cake, ice creams, small toasts, croissants, yoghurts, etc.
