Simply delicious, crunchy fruit! How about this for a truly original idea for eating fruit. Totally natural, with no added preservatives or colourings, our Fruit Petals come in the form of a very thin, crunchy biscuit. The different fruit flavours combine perfectly in the petals. We have various different flavours: apple, pear, orange, red fruits, strawberry and apricot. Our Fruit Petals were selected as Trend and Innovation prize winners at SIAL 2008 (International Food Trade Exhibition) at Villepinte in Paris. Product packaging: The Fruit Petals are packaged in 35g packets, containing 40 to 50 petals per box. Kept vacuum-packed they have a shelf-life of 1 year. Recommendations for use: The Fruit Petals can be used as canapés to accompany champagne for example, or they can be used to garnish your iced desserts, chocolate mousses, cakes, fruit salads, etc. Once opened, we recommend keeping the product in a dry place.
