In an extraordinary setting place, Anne and Gilles Brun (brother and sister) have brought back the culture of the olive trees in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence which disappeared in 1956 because of a severe freeze. The Moulin du Calanquet produces different types of olive oil from the traditional varieties of olives. In the shop, you can also find cosmetics done with olive oil, homemade jams and other products related to olive trees.
Let's come to the Mill to discover olive oil. The owners will welcome you warmly with conviviality, as well as to share with you their passion : olive oil. You will watch a film, showing the different steps in making olive oil, then you will be given the opportunity to an olive oil tasting session and enjoy our other products.
