Le Moulin du Calanquet has obtained HVE certification which is an environmental certification for farms particularly committed to the implementation of environmentally friendly approaches.
The Moulin farm has always emphasized the need to put in place the tools and resources necessary to protect its environment. The production of quality olive oil requires respecting many constraints to provide our customers with a healthy product.
This is why our operation has invested in this logic of respect and protection of its direct environment to maintain biodiversity and develop sustainable agriculture. The implementation of an optimization of water inputs, the use of products regulated according to well-defined specifications and the control of discharges, mean that the Mill has succeeded in obtaining this High Environmental Value (HVE) certification.
Maintaining a high environmental quality is a daily struggle to provide the benefits that result from the olive oil that we produce. Being a spectator is no longer enough, we must ensure that we are a player present on a daily basis to allow the safeguard of our common heritage which is Nature.
